What’s On! 24th to 30th October 2016
Friday 28 October: The church opens at 2.45pm and at 3.00pm the Dinine Mercy prayers will be recited.
Every Sunday the 9.00am mass is dedicated to the families when the Gospels readings will be explained to all the children. Children are urged to go directly to the parish hall and they will stay near the altar till the end of the mass
Thursday 3 November: Mass & adoration at the Tal -Virtu' Seminary, Rabat. The Parish invites everyone to these moments of communal prayer. Departure at 8.30am from in front of the church. Those wishing to attend may put their names in the sacristy. There will be no Adoration at our church on the day.
Sunday 6 November Commemoration of 50 years of the laying of the foundation stone of our church. The 9.00am mass will be Concelebrated as thanksgiving to God.
The next outing which everyone is invited to attend, will be on Tuesday 8 November. Mass will be celebrated in our church and departure will be from the back of the church. The coffee morning will be different from those usually held as it will be at the Fanal Restaurant, M'Scala. Everyone is urged to attend as this activity helps the people in need. Those who put their name in the sacristy and wish to cancel their attendance, may do so up to 3 days before the activity as bookings need to be done beforehand.

Pope Francis 1
Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglia has taken the name of Pope Francisco. According to The Catholic News, Bergoglia was born on December 17, 1936 in Buenes Aires, Argentina. He studied at the Theological Faculty of San Miguel, where he received his licentiate in philosophy. He was ordained for the Jesuits on December 13, 1960, speaks Spanish, Italian and German.
